Clinical Admin

Users assigned the clinical admin role have all privileges of clinical users, test users and clinical consultant roles. In addition, the clinical admin is a server administrator with the following privileges:

viewing all open cases, cases with alerts and cases with inactive owners

taking any open case (usually done for the purpose of forwarding a case to an appropriate individual)

adding, editing and inactivating providers

changing or resetting provider passwords

adding, editing or inactivating groups

creating and managing user-defined forms
