As an Admin user, you have access to additional features in the Telehealth Consult software. Depending on the admin task, you will need to access Telehealth Consult Cart or Telehealth Consult Web. Some tasks can be performed in both, while others are restricted to one or the other.
Telehealth Consult Software versions 5.2 and higher have two types of administrators: Clinical Admin and System Admin (see documentation on Provider Roles for further information). The Clinical Admin focuses on user-based or clinical matters. The System Admin can perform all the tasks that a Clinical Admin can perform, but also addresses the more technical aspects related to network administration, connectivity and server support.
