On some installations, the Telehealth System has been set up with Active Directory. Active Directory links the Telehealth System with the company or organization’s main network. This allows the user to log into the Telehealth System and the main network with the same login credentials (referred to as the Windows login credentials). If the user changes his or her password on the main network, it will automatically be updated with the Telehealth System.
There is a separate passphrase in the Telehealth System that is used only for electronically signing forms. Refer to sections on Edit Personal Settings and Add Forms for more information on the e-signature passphrase.
