The owner of a case can flag it as sensitive.
Step 1. In the Case screen, click on the Mark As Sensitive button.
The case will be marked with the sensitive case icon and the rules for accessing sensitive cases will apply.
Note: With open cases, only the current owner of the case can take this action. With archived cases, a case can be marked as sensitive by a clinical administrator, a system administrator or the person who marked the case as sensitive (users must be from the organization where the case originated).
