Recovery Procedure

To recover case information after an unexpected shutdown, proceed as follows:

Step 1.       Log into the cart or PC running the software.

Step 2.       When prompted to reload the last case being worked on, click on Yes.

Step 3.       The screen will display both previously saved items and items that were captured but never saved. Click on Review Unsaved to view the images.

 

Step 4.       Click on a thumbnail to review the image. To permanently save the image into the case, edit the label and click the box beside the thumbnail to place a green checkmark there.

 

Step 5.       To save selected thumbnails to the case, click Save. The user is returned to the Case screen. Click Add To Case to add more information to the case, or click Done to send the case, place it on hold, or archive the case.
