Search All Open Cases

Step 1:       From the Start screen, click on the All Open Cases button on the right side of the screen.

The Open Case Search screen opens.

 

There are check boxes at the top for returning different types of cases.  Check and uncheck, based on the case(s) being searched.

Below the check boxes are various fields for entering information.  Not all fields need to be completed to search. The more information entered, the more restricted the search results will be.

Step 2:       Enter information for searching and click the Search button.  Search results will be categorized.  Click on a plus sign next to a category to expand the list.

Step 3:       Click on the View button next to the corresponding case.

Cases are read-only unless sent to the users group or the user has ownership of the case.
